What do you mean by fulfilled my order? I still haven’t received my order! This is unacceptable. It’s a joke you actually sending out a survey when order was placed on 26th Dec 2024 and it’s still not received as of 14th of Jan

I ordered over 3 weeks ago but haven't receved any updates since. I have sent two emails and a facebook message with no response. You have taken my money but not provided a product or explanation. Please contact me asap.

So difficult to put up. The wind caught it after being up for 10 minutes and lifted one whole side up into the air. We had to take it down and share a friends Cool Cabana. Total waste of money

We received our Deluxe beach cabana and took it to the beach straight away, but unfortunately it was a pretty miserable experience because at the beach there was a medium kind of wind and we all spent the evening trying to hold down the sides of the cabana so it didn’t blow away. I chose the Alohra cabana after viewing most of the local styles available and settled on it because it seemed to have the most sturdy fabric however I think that’s the problem. It doesn’t manage any wind blowing through and almost takes off because it is too thick. It looks lovely but that’s about it. I’m really regretting how much I paid when I can’t use it unless it is a windless day
