    Only gave 5 starts and a good title because they refuse to show my 1 star rating. I never received my cart.

    Placed an order on the 1st of dec… it’s now the 12th of dec and there have been no updates. It’s still in nsw and I’m in qld.

    I asked them if my package will be here in time for Christmas. No response.

    Very Hard Instructions to follow.

    There is no clear instructions to follow, they’re very hard to read. Directions are vague.
    I had to watch a video from The Beach People on their exact same cart instead which was the only way to figure out how to assemble it.
