Returns Policy
There may be times when you need to return a product. This policy is designed to help make returns and refunds with us easy. Once you have read our policy below please click the Start Your Return link at the bottom of this page to begin.
Returns
WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT.
Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
• Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.
We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned orders which will be deducted from the store credit once approved.
Please note, sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied ( excluding first order codes ). If you are unsure of sizing, please email admin@alohra.com.au for assistance.

Who pays for your return?
You are responsible for paying for the cost of return postage and tracking.

Are any products excluded from your Returns Policy?
Certain products are excluded under our Returns Policy, these include:
- clearance or final sale items
- Gift Cards
